H.E. Dr.Dayan Jayatilleka, Sri Lanka's Ambassador & Permanent Representative to the UN in Geneva and current Chairman of the Governing body of the ILO, is seen chairing the Working Party on the Social Dimension of Globalisation with the presence of guest speaker, Mr. Robert M.
