- A special centre for the disabled in relief villages

A special centre will be set up for the disabled in the relief villages of north. The centre is to be established at Mannar, the Ministry Social Service and Social welfare revealed.

The construction work will commence within the next few days. Accommodation facilities will be provided for 400 persons at this centre.

According to the Ministry, priority will be given for the persons who do not have any relatives or guardians.
