61 food Lorries dispatched to Wanni

61 Lorries with essential food stocks were dispatched to Wanni from Vavuniya today (Jan 16) morning.  

The Government and the World Food Program (WFP) had made arrangements for the convoy, which left Vavuniya with food and essential items for the stranded civilians under LTTE.
