“Prior to reopening, forces have to clear the road of land mines and we are doing everything possible to open an alternative route for the public as soon as possible,” Minister Keheliya Rambukwella said. President Mahinda Rajapaksa is extremely keen in opening the road soon, and his intensions are to open the passage next month, Minister Rambukwella Said. Deputy Highway Minister W.B.
